You might be thinking, “That’s great, but what does that mean?” We’re so glad you asked.

We’re not an
advertising agency.

A digital agency and an advertising agency are not made to be equal. Advertising agencies typically deal with traditional mass media, while digital agencies primarily deal with Internet and digital campaigns. Further, advertising agencies make their money off ad placement more than they do off the work itself, while digital agencies make their money through both the technical and creative services you hired them for.

We’re not just a
web design company.

A digital agency has broad and deep expertise in areas a typical web designer doesn’t. A great digital agency understands the client’s big picture needs and has the expertise to address them through the right mix of digital campaigns.

We’re problem solvers that
understand your business.

It’s not enough to understand technology; a great digital agency understands the ins and outs of business, knows how to solve problems, and has mastered the art of storytelling. Even more, a great digital agency values a creative partnership with its clients, and is constantly thinking of ways that its clients can take advantage of new and emerging technologies to better reach their target.

You need a digital agency
working for you.

Years ago, our founder was having coffee with a client. She asked, “Where are you currently spending your marketing dollars?” The client responded with, “I’m spending around $20,000 a year on advertising with Yellow Pages, and that’s sucking the majority of my budget”. Chantelle continued, “Has it worked?” The client’s response was something along the lines of, “No it hasn’t, but I don’t really have a better idea. I’m lost when it comes to marketing budgets and how to spend them. All I know is that I need to market my business.”

We’ve had similar conversations thousands of times. We’ve noticed that many businesses are invested in traditional forms of marketing, and they’re realizing that these methods don’t work as well as they used to. As a result, businesses across the globe are embracing digital agencies in increasing measure. They’re realizing that the digital world has become the most cost-effective, successful, and measurable place to market their business. And, they’re right. But, how? Businesses are realizing that by working with a digital agency, they have a strategic and creative partner that will help them thrive in this digital world.

Our service hasn’t changed, but
how we define ourselves has.

You might be thinking, “That all sounds great, but does this mean you don’t offer print design services now that you have included “digital” in your name?” The answer is, “We still offer print design services!” When we rebranded our services didn’t change. We have refocused on digital means for marketing and are finding that our clients are doing less and less print related work, but that doesn’t mean we don’t offer the service. After all, print design has many digital processes, including creating a digital copy of the design using the Adobe® Suite and using digital printers to print the job. So, if you’re in need of print services, please don’t hesitate to contact us for an estimate.
